Essential Functions (Duties):

• Maintains the decorators for optimum print quality.
• Changes plates inks and other materials for new production runs.
• Safely operates the decorators for optimum output.
• Documents any issues with materials and seeks resolution to those issues.
• Communicates issues to production personnel managers and the Director of Lithography.
• Seeks assistance from production personnel to contain suspect or rejected products.
• Chooses random samples from the production lines.
• Determines the need for and secures supplies for the production line.
• Documents work errors and faults within the department.
• Continuously works to improve processes leading to a reduction in s or waste.
• Maintains work area in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Follows through and completes all work promptly.
• Communicates need for and helps maintain appropriate levels of needed supplies.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA and other federal state local and customer guidelines.
• Works efficiently and safely within company guidelines.
• Maintains peer relationships to share issues and ideas.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

The hours are: 7pm1am or 1am7am on Monday OFF Tuesday 12 hours shift Wednesday and then Thursday and Friday or Saturday Sunday 12hr shift 7pm 7am. Weekends required (alternating shift switches each week.)

Shifts can also be traded with like trained teammates. We pay OT after 40 hours in a week and Double Time after 48 hours in a week. Weve never had a layoff and we are looking to add great teammates to our existing strong team.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: High School Diploma General Educational Development (GED) or equivalent.

Experience: Previous Lithographic experience preferred.
