Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements understand their project management needs and design solutions leveraging Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
- Design and implement integrations using Workfront Fusion to connect Workfront with other business systems and platforms.
- Customize Workfront forms dashboards templates reports and portfolios to meet specific business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve systemrelated issues working closely with stakeholders and technical teams to provide effective solutions.
- Analyze and optimize existing workflows ensuring alignment with business goals and improving overall efficiency.
- Stay updated with new features and best practices in Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workfront and Fusion integrations addressing any technical or operational issues.
- Document solutions workflows and processes for clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with Adobe Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
- Ability to design develop and manage Workfront workflows templates forms and reports.
- Strong experience with API integrations and system automation using Workfront Fusion.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall etc.) and experience using Workfront as a project management tool.
- Workfront Certification or Workfront Fusion Certification is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Flexibility to handle changing project requirements and adapt to different tasks as needed.
- Strong technical analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train and guide teams.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
