Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified K9 Handler to join our team in Delmas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with dogs and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and security.
Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent (NQF level 4).
- K9 / Dog handler training certificate (DH12).
- PSiRA registration (minimum Grade C).
- SAPS Competency Certificate.
- PTFC statement of results showing handgun for business use and knowledge of the Firearms Act
- Any further education in policing or investigations is highly beneficial.
- MUST have OWN transportation
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and manage K9s for various operational tasks.
- Conduct patrols and searches to enhance security measures.
- Maintain accurate records of training and incidents.
- Collaborate with team members on strategies for effective K9 deployment.
