Job Description
About the Role:
As a Lean Specialist youll be at the forefront of driving operational excellence within our manufacturing processes. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for continuous improvement lean methodologies and a dedication to increasing efficiency across all operations. Youll collaborates closely with crossfunctional teams using your analytical skills and lean expertise to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support lean initiatives to streamline processes enhance productivity and reduce waste across manufacturing operations.
- Collaborate with team members at all levels to identify improvement opportunities and develop action plans.
- Conduct root cause analysis implement problemsolving techniques and ensure sustainable changes.
- Monitor performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of improvement efforts and identify further areas for development.
MustHaves:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering Industrial Engineering Operations or a related field.
- Experience: 13 years of experience in lean methodologies continuous improvement or process optimization within the manufacturing industry.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven understanding and handson experience in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with an aptitude for datadriven decisionmaking.
- Knowledge of lean tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma Kaizen 5S and Value Stream Mapping.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate and engage teams at all levels.
