Location: OnSite
Language Requirements: Azerbaijani and English (minimum B2 level)
Work Schedule: Monday to Sunday 8hour shifts totaling 40 hours per week
Shift Details: Extended working hours up to midnight (00:00 am) to accommodate time zone differences
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone email and chat in Azerbaijani.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly offering practical solutions and empathetic communication.
- Escalate more complex issues to senior support teams when needed.
- Accurately document interactions and resolutions in the companys CRM system.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and adhere to company service standards.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Fluent Azerbaijani and a good command of English (B2 level or higher).
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours including shifts extending to midnight.
- Experience: Prior experience in customer support is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong communication and problemsolving skills with a customerfocused approach.

Important Note: If the contract is terminated within the first 6 months any remaining advance will be deducted from the final pay and travel reimbursement will not apply.
Temporary Accommodation:
- The company arranges hotel accommodation for your confirmed arrival date.
- If you decide not to use the hotel and do not notify the hotel by noon on the day of your expected arrival you will be responsible for that nights cost.
