Job Description

Position: HR Payroll Specialist (German Native English)

Location: Osnabrck Germany

Compensation:

  • FullTime: 44000 Performance Bonus
  • PartTime: 22000 Performance Bonus

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday 09:00 AM 06:00 PM (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire payroll process for employees ensuring adherence to German labor laws.
  • Accurately compute salaries bonuses and deductions.
  • Maintain payroll records to guarantee data accuracy and integrity.
  • Address payroll inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to improve payroll processes.
  • Stay updated on changes to payroll regulations and labor laws.

Qualifications:

  • Native German speaker with proficient English skills.
  • Solid experience and education in payroll management; HR experience without payroll expertise will not be considered.
  • Comprehensive understanding of German labor laws and payroll regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problemsolving skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a knack for managing multiple tasks effectively.
