Location: Remote within Greece (no relocation support)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers via phone email and chat to promote our products and services.
- Assess customer needs and offer customized solutions to drive sales.
- Stay informed about product details and respond confidently to customer inquiries.
- Develop strong longterm client relationships to build trust and encourage repeat business.
- Meet individual sales targets while contributing to team objectives.
- Record customer interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in Italian.
- Experience: Prior experience in sales customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills with a goaloriented customercentric mindset.
- Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in Greece as relocation support is not provided.
