Job Description
Location: Remote (within Greece only no relocation assistance)
Languages Required: Italian
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with customers through phone email and chat to promote products and services.
- Understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions to drive sales.
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and answer inquiries confidently.
- Establish and nurture longterm relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
- Meet individual sales targets while contributing to the overall team performance.
- Accurately log customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Languages: Fluent or native in Italian.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales customer service or a similar role is desirable.
- Skills: Strong communication abilities with a customerfocused approach and a drive to achieve sales goals.
- Location: Candidates must be based in Greece as no relocation support is available.
