Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone email or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Assist customers in navigating technical problems offering clear and concise instructions.
- Document support tickets and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior team members to escalate complex issues as needed.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in German.
- Experience: Previous technical support or customer service experience is a plus but not required (Junior level).
- Skills: Strong problemsolving skills excellent communication abilities and a customeroriented mindset.
- Location: Must be based in Athens as no relocation assistance is offered.
