Job Description
Job Title: Customer Support (German English)
Location: Remote (Poland only)
Languages Required: German and English

Job Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual Customer Support Advisor fluent in both German and English to join our remote team. The ideal candidate must have a Degree in Pharmacy or Dermatology to provide expert assistance to customers in the pharmaceutical or dermatological sectors. This position is open to candidates based in Poland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support via phone email or chat in German and English.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to pharmaceutical or dermatology products and services.
- Offer guidance on product usage answer technical questions and address customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and efficient service.
Qualifications:
- Languages Required: Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken).
- Educational Requirement: A Degree in Pharmacy or Dermatology is essential.
- Experience: Previous customer support or healthcarerelated experience is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication and problemsolving skills attention to detail and customeroriented attitude.
- Location: Must be based in Poland as this is a remote role exclusive to Polish residents.
