Job Description
Position: Technical Support Specialist
Location: Thessaloniki Greece
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist who is a native or fluent French speaker along with strong English proficiency to join our team in Thessaloniki. In this onsite role you will provide exceptional technical assistance to our clients troubleshooting various issues and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in French and English providing technical support and guidance.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues delivering clear solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues updating relevant systems as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery and streamline technical support processes.
- Keep uptodate with product developments and industry trends to provide informed assistance to customers.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Native or fluent in French (spoken and written) and proficient in English.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
- Skills: Strong problemsolving abilities attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using various software applications and capable of learning new systems quickly.
