The Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at LAX is seeking a General Manager (GM) with experience in managing airport lounge operations at a senior level. This role demands prior GMlevel or director experience in upscale lounge environments within airport settings. The successful candidate will engage in culture training with Virgin Atlantic including a week at the Virgin headquarters in England and additional training at various lounges on the East Coast.
This highly handson role requires managing all operational aspects including payroll HR inventory and daily guest interactions while actively participating in all operations. A strong background in upscale service is essential as the GM will lead a team to provide an exceptional guest experience in a luxurious environment.
