Role Overview
As a Quality Engineer at Axionova you will ensure our projects meet stringent quality standards from inception through completion. Youll play a critical role in designing implementing and optimizing quality control processes conducting inspections and working closely with crossfunctional teams to resolve issues and maintain consistent quality across projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Quality Plans: Create comprehensive quality control plans to align with project requirements and industry standards.
Conduct Inspections and Testing: Oversee quality inspections material testing and verification processes to identify and address potential issues.
Analyze and Improve Processes: Lead rootcause analysis and develop corrective actions to improve efficiency and product quality.
Quality Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records preparing reports that communicate quality trends and improvement opportunities to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Project Teams: Work closely with design manufacturing and operations teams to ensure quality is integrated into every project phase.
Compliance Assurance: Ensure all projects adhere to relevant codes standards and regulations to maintain the highest level of quality.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement quality enhancements that drive better performance and meet evolving industry standards.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering Quality Assurance or a related field.
Experience: 3 years in quality engineering with experience in the engineering or construction industries preferred.
Certifications: Qualityrelated certifications (e.g. CQE Six Sigma) are advantageous.
Technical Skills: Proficient in quality management software and data analysis tools with strong knowledge of ISO standards.
ProblemSolving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to quickly identify issues perform rootcause analysis and implement effective solutions.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional focus on accuracy able to identify even minor inconsistencies.
Communication Skills: Clear and concise communicator who can collaborate across departments and present findings to leadership.
