Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Spanishspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Leverage your sales experience to identify customer needs and provide tailored product or service recommendations.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to product features account issues and general support questions.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the companys CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a consistent highquality customer experience.
- Escalate complex or specialized issues to appropriate departments as needed.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish (both spoken and written)
- Minimum of one year of experience in sales or a salesrelated role.
- Strong communication skills with a customerfocused approach.
- Ability to work onsite in Thessaloniki Greece.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
