Job Description
We are hiring an SAP S4HANA Accounting and Finance champion to lead the finance module implementation along with the SAP Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact between Accounting Department and the SAP implementation team.
Ensure clear communication of business requirements to the SAP implementation partner.
Collaborate with the Business Process Owners (BPO) to gather document and validate business requirements specific to your department.
Ensure all requirements are accurately reflected in the SAP S4HANA system.
Validate and approve departmentspecific configurations and customizations in the SAP system.
Ensure configurations align with business requirements and processes.
Document any issues changes or updates to processes and configurations.
Provide regular updates to the implementation team and department leadership.
Regularly consult with the departments SME for technical insights and advanced configurations.
Engage in joint sessions with SMEs for detailed process mapping validation and problemsolving.
Identify opportunities for process improvement.
Data Migration:
1 Perform necessary actions when needed to guarantee proper data quality
2 Facilitate data migration efforts for your department ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
3 Oversee the preparation cleansing and validation of data to be migrated.
Testing and Validation: Coordinate and actively participate in all testing stages including functional integration performance and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Qualifications
Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations or extensive application usage.
Deep understanding of SAP accounting and finance processes
5 to 8 years of experience in Accounting and Finance
