About the role
We are seeking friendly and professional individuals to join as a Host / Hostess in one of the pavilions at Osaka Expo 2025. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring an enjoyable and memorable experience at the Pavilion. You will be an ambassador for the Kuwait Pavilion and portray a positive image.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Reception and Information:
Greet guests warmly to create a positive first impression.
Act as an Ambassador of Kuwait sharing insights about its culture history and traditions.
Provide accurate information on pavilion content exhibitions and activities.
Engage visitors with the pavilions story theme and special events.
- Visitor Assistance:
Assist guests with special needs including VIPs and official stakeholders.
Handle guest inquiries complaints and feedback professionally.
- Safety and Cleanliness:
Monitor the pavilion to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Be knowledgeable about emergency procedures and assist in evacuations if needed.
Support crowd and queue management to ensure smooth flow.
- Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations and highquality service.
Attend training to familiarize yourself with the pavilions history culture and key messages.
Stay updated on any changes to pavilion content and communicate these effectively to guests.
- Feedback and Reporting:
Report any incidents or issues and provide feedback to improve service quality.
Requirements
Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
Strong communication skills; fluent in English and Japanese; other languages a plus.
Friendly approachable and serviceoriented attitude.
Ability to work in a fastpaced multitasking environment.
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of the Kuwait culture and traditions is a plus.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Must be legally eligible to work in Japan.

Availability: Mid March 2025 Mid October 2025
Pavilion public opening hours: (9:30am to 9pm)
