About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Customer Support Specialist fluent in Dutch and English to join our dynamic Travel Project team in Katowice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our customers ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries resolve issues and provide information related to our travel services via phone email and chat.
- Multilingual Communication: Utilize proficiency in Dutch and English to assist a diverse customer base.
- ProblemSolving: Identify and address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Language Skills:
- Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
- Education & Experience:
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Personal Attributes:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Problemsolving mindset with attention to detail.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 07:00 19:00
- Saturdays & Sundays: 09:00 18:00 (Twice a month)
Note: Candidates should be willing to work occasional weekends as required.

Work Model
- OnSite: This position requires you to work from our Katowice office. No remote or hybrid options are available.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 9000 PLN per month
Eligibility Criteria
- EU Citizens: Applications from EU citizens are welcome.
- NonEU Citizens: The selection process for nonEU citizens is more complex and evaluated on a casebycase basis. Common requirements include:
- Valid passport.
- Student visa or Temporary Residence Card (TRC).
- Confirmation of active student status or graduation from a Polish institution.
The eligibility of nonEU candidates will be verified during the prescreening process.
