Job Opportunity: Trademark Associate Attorney Chicago
A top IP law firms Chicago office is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney for their Trademark practice group. This role offers a strong path for professional growth and the opportunity to work in a supportive firm culture.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in trademark law.
- Licensed in Illinois or eligible for the Illinois bar exam.
- Experience in trademark prosecution infringement litigation and enforcement.
- Familiarity with trademark searches clearance opinions and domain name disputes.
- Background in advertising promotions or copyright issues is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct trademark clearance searches and manage trademark portfolios.
- Handle trademark prosecution and enforcement matters.
- Advise clients on building and protecting trademark assets.
- Mentor junior associates and engage in business development efforts.
Compensation and Benefits:
The anticipated base salary range is $per year. Actual salary will depend on several factors including but not limited to qualifications jobrelated skills and relevant experience.
