Cross Border Talents is on the hunt for an outstanding BPO partner to help bring seamless Germanspeaking customer service to cruise line passengers everywhere. If your BPO team is as passionate about customer service as they are about exploring new horizons this partnership is calling your name!
Position: GermanSpeaking Customer Service Agent
- Start Date: 18 Nov 2024 & 9 Dec 2024
- Location: Porto Portugal (100% Remote!)
Work Schedule:
- Rotative Shifts:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 18:00
- Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 17:00
- Occasional extended shifts until 19:00
- Days Off: 2 rotative days per week
Compensation & Perks
- Salary: 1100 EUR per month (14 payments annually)
- Performance Bonus: Up to 120 EUR in monthly sales incentives
- Work Mode: Fully Remote work from anywhere in Portugal!

Whos Our Ideal First Mate
- Experience:
- Previous experience in Contact Centers or Customer Service is a plus.
- Background in Sales Tourism or Travel Agencies will set you apart.
- Skills:
- Strong digital skills and a keen eye for details.
- Problemsolving mindset with clear and effective communication skills (written and spoken).
- Master multitasker ready to keep up with our dynamic customerfirst environment!
