Cross Border Talents is seeking an elite BPO partner to enhance the customer service experience for a major Cruise Line. This partnership will empower your team to deliver exceptional Germanspeaking support to cruise passengers globally ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Role Overview: GermanSpeaking Customer Service Agent
- Start Dates: 18 Nov 2024 & 9 Dec 2024
- Location: Fully remote based in Porto Portugal
Schedule Details:
- Rotating Shifts Rotative 40 hours a week:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 18:00
- Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 17:00
- Occasional availability until 19:00 may be required
- Days Off: 2 rotating days per week
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 1100 EUR(distributed over 14 payments annually)
- Monthly Sales Performance Bonus: Up to 120 EUR for qualifying agents
- Work Model: 100% remote within Portugal

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience:
- Background in Contact Centers or Customer Service preferred.
- Additional expertise in Sales Tourism or Travel is advantageous.

- Effective problemsolving skills and clear professional communication (both written and verbal).
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic highvolume environment with strong multitasking abilities.
