Cross Border Talents is seeking an established BPO partner to support a major Cruise Line in delivering toptier Germanspeaking customer service. This remote role offers the opportunity to elevate customer satisfaction and service quality for a distinguished clientele across global cruise markets.
Position Overview: Remote Customer Service Specialist (GermanSpeaking)
- Start Dates: 18 November 2024 & 9 December 2024
- Location: Remotebased operating out of Porto Portugal
Work Schedule:
- Rotating Shifts:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 18:00
- Saturday & Sunday: 08:00 17:00
- Flexibility required for occasional shifts up to 19:00
- Days Off: Rotating schedule with 2 days off each week
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: 1100 EUR per month (distributed over 14 payments annually)
- Performance Incentive: Up to 120 EUR in monthly sales bonuses
- Work Model: Fully remote within Portugal

Candidate Qualifications
- Experience:
- Prior experience in Contact Centers or Customer Service settings is preferred.
- Additional background in Sales Tourism or Travel services is advantageous.

- Proficiency in digital tools and strong attention to detail.
- Effective problemsolving skills with professional written and verbal communication.
- Highly adaptable and capable of multitasking in a fastpaced environment.
