Job Opportunity: MidLevel Technology Transactions Associate Attorney Chicago
A leading AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a midlevel Technology Transactions Associate Attorney for its Chicago office. This opportunity offers professional growth by working alongside top partners specializing in complex technology and IP transactions including digital transformation Fintech and Insurtech.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate outsourcing IP licensing and joint venture agreements.
- Manage technology transfer and crossborder agreements.
- Engage with M&A SaaS cloud services and digital platforms.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of AmLaw 100 experience with complex technology transactions.
- Illinois Bar admission or eligibility.
- Superior academic background and law firm credentials.
- A science degree is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
