Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Service and Order Processing Specialist to handle customer inquiries and manage order fulfillment. You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and accurate order processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat.
- Process orders and ensure timely shipment and delivery.
- Update customer accounts and manage order documentation.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
- Maintain knowledge of products and services to assist customers effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Experience in customer service and order processing roles.
- Familiarity with CRM and order management systems.
Skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in the ecommerce or retail industry.
