About the Role: Were on the hunt for a dynamic Engineer Intern Project Engineer and Project Manager to join the hive on behalf of our clients. In this role youll take ownership of evaluating existing conditions designing structural repairs and selecting protection systems. This position involves working closely with clients and contractors to ensure highquality project outcomes. Your Mission:

  • Evaluate Existing Conditions:

    • Conduct thorough assessments of existing structures to determine their condition and identify necessary repairs.
    • Utilize various diagnostic tools and techniques to assess structural integrity and performance.
    • Document findings and provide detailed reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Design Structural Repairs and Protection Systems:

    • Develop innovative and effective solutions for repairing and protecting structures.
    • Create detailed design drawings specifications and calculations for repair projects.
    • Collaborate with other engineers architects and stakeholders to ensure designs meet project requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage Bidding and Construction Processes:

    • Prepare and distribute bid packages to potential contractors.
    • Evaluate contractor bids and assist in the selection process.
    • Oversee the construction phase ensuring that projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
  • Field Observation/Verification:

    • Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and verify that work is being performed according to design specifications.
    • Identify and address any issues or deviations from the design plan.
    • Maintain detailed records of site visits including observations photographs and notes.
  • Client and Contractor Interaction:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients contractors and other stakeholders.
    • Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or questions.
    • Facilitate collaboration between all parties to ensure smooth project execution.

  • Structural Evaluation and Repair Design:

    • Proficient in assessing structural integrity and developing repair solutions.
    • Ability to create detailed design drawings and specifications.
  • Project Management and Process Improvement:

    • Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring timely completion.
    • Experience in streamlining processes and improving project efficiency.
  • Field Observation and Quality Assurance:

    • Expertise in conducting site visits and monitoring construction progress.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining highquality standards.
  • Client and Contractor Communication:

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and contractors.

  • College degree in Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in design software and diagnostic tools.
