Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to manage the daily operation of the center according to the schools policies and quality standards;
- Manage teaching staff to develop and deliver the schools holistic and ageappropriate bilingual preschool curriculum;
- Communicate with parents effectively and build rapport and trusted relationships with parents;
- Handle administrative work to meet the compliance and regulatory requirements for the centres operation.
Requirements:
- Only Singaporean
- Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education Leadership or its equivalent;
- Must have at least 5 years of relevant work experience as center supervisor in preschool or childcare setting;
- Strong leadership able to lead a team and manage people;
- High sense of responsibility positive and a cando work attitude;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Basic computer skills.
