Job Description

Company Overview:

A leading global financial markets specialist with over 10 years of experience. With a monthly trading volume in excess of $100 billion we are committed to providing transparent and easy access to financial markets for retail clients worldwide. The company is expanding its business across Southeast Asia with its headquarters based in Malaysia.

Job Location: KLCC area. Accessible via KLCC LRT Station

Shift Hours:

8:00 AM 5:00 PM (Day Shift Officebased)

2:00 PM 11:00 PM (work from home options available)

***Shift may change based on business needs


Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.( 90% nonvoice & 10% voice)

Maintain and update detailed and accurate customer records in the system.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Work closely with other departments to escalate and address customer concerns as needed.

Requirements:

Language proficiency: Fluent in both Chinese and English (both written and spoken) is a must.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.

Detailoriented with excellent problemsolving abilities.

Positive attitude adaptability and a proactive approach to customer service
