Job Description
GlobalEngineer is an innovative company in several engineering areas that is active in mechanical and plant engineering development of new systems and their technologies as well as in testing and type testing. To strengthen our team we are looking for an interested and motivated Control & Commissioning Engineer with immediate effect.
Tasks
- International challenge: Travel the globe as a Control & Commissioning engineer
- Independent commissioning: After extensive training in Zurich bring turbomachinery to life on your own responsibility
- Troubleshooting: Take over the independent troubleshooting of faults
- Customer support: Take care of the customer staff during your assignments
- Responsible tasks: Commissioning of the instrumentation and control systems is your responsibility
Requirements
- Basic technical training: Completed basic technical training with programming skills preferably as an automation technician with further training in mechanical engineering electrical engineering or mechatronics
- Commissioning experience: Experience in commissioning in turbomachinery construction or plant engineering
- Programming skills: Knowledge of Simatic S7 PCS7 WinCC Allen Bradley (Rockwell) is an advantage
- Way of working: Systematic solution and goaloriented way of working
- Willingness to make decisions: Attitude and assertiveness
- Initiative: High level of initiative and independent way of working
- Willingness to travel: Great willingness to travel (150 field service days or more per year) and high flexibility
- Intercultural competence: Open to other cultures and high social competence
- Language skills: Fluent in English basic level of German advanced knowledge of German is an advantage
