and organizations seeking to build high performing teams. We are hiring for Immigration Managers
for one of our client based in Kochi.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous immigration consultant to guide clients through all the procedures
required to ensure their successful immigration. The immigration consultant will be responsible for
furnishing clients with relevant information and resources supervising the completion of
documentation and submitting data on behalf of individuals as required.
Responsibilities
Communicating with clients and understanding their immigration requirements
Helping clients in gathering and submitting the required documents
Reviewing the submitted documents
Keeping uptodate with the industry changes and any alterations to the immigration laws
Advising clients on medical checkups and any other procedures required
Assisting clients in finding appropriate courier facilities or with any other shipping
requirements
Maintaining an accurate record and invoices for the services provided
Submitting documents to the respective authorities on behalf of clients
Keeping clients uptodate with their immigration status and communicating any foreseeable
delays
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism Hospitality or a related field
35 years of work experience as an Immigration Consultant Travel Consultant or a similar
role in the Travel & Tourism industry
Complete knowledge of the immigration laws procedures and other requirements
Understanding of travel laws and regulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good time management and organizational skills
