JobSummary:
The HR Assistant will assist with various HR tasks including recruitment onboarding employee
engagement and general administrative duties. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or entry level
HR professional eager to gain handson experience in a dynamic and growing firm. The successful
candidate will be organized personable and capable of handling confidential information with
integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
o Assist in sourcing candidates scheduling interviews and coordinating the
recruitment process.
o Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation conducting
orientations and facilitating a smooth transition for new hires.
Employee Records and Documentation:
o Maintain accurate employee records including personal information attendance
and leave requests.
o Ensure that employee files and HR documentation are uptodate and organized for
easy access.
Employee Engagement and Support:
o Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives to
foster a positive work culture.
o Address employee queries related to HR policies benefits and procedures and
escalate issues when necessary.
Payroll and Attendance Support:
o Assist with monthly payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance leave
and overtime data.
Ascendhub Consulting Services
o Track employee attendance and assist in maintaining a reliable attendance
management system.
Administrative and Compliance Tasks:
o Support the HR team with administrative tasks including preparing HR reports
updating HR systems and managing office communication.
o Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related
field.
Experience: 02 years of experience in HR or a related role (internship experience is also
acceptable).
Skills Required:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
o Basic knowledge of HR principles and employment regulations is a plus.
