Our team is dedicated to bridging the gap between top talent and organizations seeking to build high performing teams. We are hiring for Accounts Assistant for our client based in Kochi.

Job Summary:

The Accounts Assistant will play a key role in managing daytoday financial transactions professional

with experience in handling accounts reconciliations and financial records. The selected candidate

will work closely with the finance team to support overall financial accuracy and compliance and

ensuring accuracy in financial documentation. This position is ideal for a detailoriented accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

Transaction Processing and RecordKeeping:

o Process daily financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable and

maintain accurate records in the accounting system.

o Ensure timely recording and reconciliation of payments receipts and expenses.

Bank Reconciliation and Financial Reporting:

o Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist in the preparation of financial

statements.

o Generate regular reports on accounts expenditures and outstanding payments.

Invoicing and Client Communication:

o Prepare and issue invoices to clients ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm

guidelines.

o Communicate with clients regarding outstanding payments payment plans and

account queries.

Assistance with Budgeting and Audits:

o Support the finance team in budget preparation and financial forecasting.

o Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary financial information

and documentation.

Compliance and Documentation Management:

o Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Ascendhub Consulting Services

o Maintain organized financial records and documentation for easy retrieval and audit

purposes.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce Accounting or related field.

Experience: 24 years of experience in accounting finance or related field.

Skills Required:

o Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Tally QuickBooks) and MS Office especially

Excel.

o Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
