Job Description
Job (Assignment) Title: Senior Purchase / Material Buyer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Insert duties
- Please list at least 5 duties / accountabilities.
- Procurement of items viz sheet metal cabinets wire harness fuses switchgear Class C items etc.
- Releasing of POs w.r.t. MRP released by Planning Department.
- Followup and coordination with Suppliers for timely delivery ( On time Delivery ) of material
- Inventory Optimization Controlled daywise incoming material for space optimization at plant
- Other tasks: Supplier OTD (Delivery Rating) Buying Plan estimation monitoring & control Open POs monitoring etc.
- Knowledge of Imports & Shipment Terms Customs Clearance.
- Handon Experience on Supplier Management Material Ordering Tracking
QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering Diploma / Degree Material Management Degree/ Diploma.
- Minimum 57 Years experience in Purchase dept.
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
- Please list all physical and environmental demands that may performed on a regular basis.
Ready to Visit suppliers place for material expedition.
TIME TRAVEL REQUIRED
- (25% )
