No two days will ever be the same as you will:
- Assist with recruitment posting ads shortlisting applications extending contracts and processing new starter documentation
- Be the gate keeper for all data entry into our Payroll and Time & Attendance System
- Assist with the on boarding of new team members
- Use your creativity to produce engaging collateral for HR initiatives and social activities
- Be our engagement guru actively driving social activities throughout the Hotels.
- Maintain and monitor all compliance records such as RSA VISA and Safety certifications
- Provide adhoc reports from our L&D Platform and Payroll System as needed
Qualifications :
To ensure this is the right fit for you your skills and experience will ideally include:
- Generalist experience in HR or any administrative role.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Selfdriven curious nature with a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to adapt and persevere under pressure.
- Enthusiasm and infectious energy to contribute towards a positive working environment
- The ability to travel between properties.
