Job Description
- Provide warm greeting and welcome all guests to the restaurant
- Obtain dining information from guests such as dietary restrictions or special occasions
- Coordinate the dining rooms seating arrangements by planning ahead and anticipating fluctuations in business
- Seat guests in an organized fashion to maintain service flows for the Servers
- Conduct frequent inspections of the restaurant areas reporting any deficiencies in equipment or aesthetics through the appropriate channels
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment and actively participate in health and safety initiatives
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in a luxury establishment preferred
- Minimum 6 months food and beverage experience preferred
- Selfmotivated with the ability to make effective decisions
- Demonstrates initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to deliver exceptional service levels under pressure
- Physically fit to lift trays repeatedly stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
