What you will be doing:
- Coordinate Owner and Resident reservations and benefits according to project documents.
- Serve as a principal source of information for the team the Owners and the guests while serving as a liaison with all lodge departments.
- Maintain prearrival itinerary processing.
- Develop and maintain strong Owner relationships to ensure brand and property loyalty.
- Utilize Owner and Resident profiles to deliver individualized and anticipatory service.
Qualifications :
- Previous guest service experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize work in an environment with multiple interests.
- Ability to handle complex and confidential information with discretion.
- Competency using a variety of computer software. Microsoft Office required Property Management Systems an asset.
- Ability to be successful with and without direct supervision.
