Job Description
Qualifications:
- Open for any bachelor's degree holder;
- With at least 23 years experience in Import & Export booking processes;
- With a solid background in terms of customs compliance for both sea and air;
- SAP proficiency.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintenance Handling Customs Declaration (export import) for Shipment by Sea and Air
2. Monitoring Arrival and document completed (Health System)
3. Create Import Documentation make sure using correct HS code Duty VAT Quantity.
4. Follow Up and make Improvement with Custom broker Shipping Line Forwarder on importexport process
5. Communicated with internal Philips organization Supply chain Finance (PH and HS) Product Specialize
6. Make sure import export process comply with government agency Customs regulation (Audit) and Philips Global Trade and Customs

- Maintain mater data completeness
- Maximize number of Touchless declarations
- Maximize compliant records
- Minimize import declaration processing time
- Minimize costs of noncompliance
- Track # of adjusted declarations
- Minimize VAT risk at export
- Track # of declarations not initially Green
