Job Description

We are hiring a Staff Nurse(PartTime) for our Nursing Home in Carlow. This job is for someone who wants to join a busy and wellestablished nursing home group.
Responsibilities
- Mentoring and training of Staff Nurses and Healthcare Assistants
- Quality of Care Responsibilities
- Day to day supervision of the care and nursing staff
- Coordinate resident activities
- Work within HIQA regulations
- Act as Nurse in Charge for designated units / shifts
- Any other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing
Requirements
- NMBI Registered
- Excellent Clinical Leadership and Organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound decisionmaking ability
- An interest in care of the elderly
