Assisting talent management functions including recruiting tasks (sourcing resumes scheduling interviews and following up with candidates etc.) payroll management training and development etc.
Supporting the Employee Engagement Officer to compile and manage employee documentation and records and keep the employee database up to date.
Assisting with formulating policies procedures and changes as well as communicating all updates to employees.
Maintaining the departmental email account responding to employee questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Assisting with the daily operations of various Employee Experience functions and duties including tracking employee attendance leaves etc.
Processing documentation and preparing reports relating to personnel activities (employee engagement recruitment training grievances performance evaluations etc.)
Coordinating communication with employees and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Minimum of a degree in a social science/numerical discipline
At least 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources Management
