Job Description
We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Solution Architect to lead the design development and support of PeopleSoft solutions specifically within the FSCM module. You will translate business requirements into PeopleSoft configurations identify necessary customizations and provide technical leadership to consultants and project teams. This role requires expertise in IT architecture integration and mentoring teams to deliver highquality solutions.
- Design develop and configure PeopleSoft FSCM solutions based on business requirements.
- Lead technical aspects of projects ensuring alignment with architectural standards.
- Mentor and guide technical teams providing expertise in PeopleSoft development and integration.
- Oversee integration of PeopleSoft with other systems and platforms.
- Troubleshoot and optimize PeopleSoft applications for performance and scalability.
Requirements
Requirements:
- 710 years of PeopleSoft development experience with at least 35 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong experience with PeopleSoft FSCM modules PeopleCode and PeopleTools.
- Expertise in IT architecture integration and Oracle databases.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and provide endtoend project leadership.
- Strong communication skills and ability to mentor junior team members.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft Fluid UI PeopleSoft Security and Agile methodologies.
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in Pega development with expertise in Pega application design and architecture. Pega Technical Skills: Proficient in Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC). Strong knowledge of Case Management and Workflow design in Pega. Experience with Pega APIs and connectors, including SOAP and REST. Familiarity with Pega Decisioning and Marketing. UI/UX customization within the Pega platform. Debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning in Pega applications. Integration Skills: Proficiency in developing integration solutions with enterprise systems, cloud platforms, data warehouses, and third-party APIs. Performance and Optimization: Skilled in monitoring, tuning, and optimizing Pega applications, including database management and query optimization. Development Practices: Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices, CI/CD pipeline setup, and management, especially for Pega deployments. Security: Understanding of authentication and security standards within Pega. Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, translating business needs into well-designed Pega solutions. Tools and Platforms: Familiarity with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
