Key Responsibilities
Increase revenues with existing client base through cross selling activities.
Develop a thorough understanding of the needs and requirements of key clients and prepare customized solutions.
Research and source new potential managers.
Develop trust relationships with client managers to ensure they do not turn to competition.
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
Address and resolve key clients complaints.
Think strategically see the bigger picture and set objectives to develop and improve the business and create sales opportunities.
Have an indepth knowledge of Next Link products and value proposition.
Draw up client offers.
Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
Global travel activities of up to 60% expected.
KPIs
Cross selling (revenue generation into existing accounts)
Maintaining high level of satisfaction (scoring above 8 out of 10)
Opening new business channels (with new managers)
Essential Requirements and Qualifications
Proven experience in key account management
The ability to handle multiple client accounts effectively.
Exceptional customer service skills
Passionate about establishing successful client relationships.
Good commercial understanding
Autonomous handson and detailed oriented
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills
Perceptive and able to read between the lines.
Outofthe box thinking and creative.
Experience in delivering clientfocused solutions based on customer needs.
Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization including executive and Clevel.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
Additional Requirements
Experience selling IT solutions.
Experience building/managing technical and commercial proposals for IT and digital services.
Experience in IT contracts recruitment.
Experience working with clients in the pharmaceutical sector.
Language Skills
Fluent English mandatory
