Purpose Statement
We are looking for a Sales Associate to help expand our network and grow our customer base. You ll be responsible for acquiring new partners including food brands chefs and influencers as well as engaging individual users. Your work will be instrumental in driving growth building valuable relationships and supporting our mission of making healthy eating a sustainable lifestyle choice for everyone.
Role Overview
As a Sales Associate at Livio you ll play a key role in expanding our network and customer base by acquiring new partners including food brands chefs and influencers and engaging individual users. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of making healthy eating accessible and engaging.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and Acquire Partners: Research reach out to and establish partnerships with food brands chefs influencers and other food industry stakeholders.
Attract New Customers: Develop and implement strategies to drive customer acquisition focusing on food enthusiasts and healthconscious consumers.
Develop and Nurture Leads: Use diverse outreach methods; cold calling networking digital marketing and attending events to generate leads for partnerships and customer signups.
Present Livio s Value: Effectively communicate Livio s benefits to potential partners and customers tailoring presentations to meet specific needs.
Collaborate with Marketing: Partner with the marketing team to align acquisition campaigns and create engaging content that resonates with Livio s brand.
Negotiate Terms: Structure beneficial partnership agreements to build longterm relationships with partners and offer value to our customers.
Track and Report: Maintain detailed sales activity records track performance against KPIs and regularly update the management team.
Experience: 13 years in sales business development or partnerships ideally in the food health or wellness industries.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and engage effectively.
RelationshipBuilding: Proven ability to establish strong connections with customers and industry stakeholders.
SelfMotivated: Goaloriented and proactive capable of working independently in a fastpaced environment.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with food industry trends and contacts in food brands chefs or influencers is a plus.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM tools for tracking sales and using social media to engage potential partners and customers.
Monthly Targets: Achieve or surpass monthly targets for partner signups and customer acquisitions.
Pipeline Growth: Continuously grow the pipeline of potential partnerships and customers with effective tracking of outreach efforts.
Customer Engagement: Drive high engagement rates among acquired partners and customers focusing on retention and loyalty.
