Job Description

Our client is a leading manufacturer in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Oversee and maintain a robust IT infrastructure that supports the factory s manufacturing and administrative needs.
- Ensure systems such as ERP warehouse management systems and production software are running efficiently.
- Implement regular updates security patches and disaster recovery procedures.
- Develop and enforce data security policies to safeguard the companys data and intellectual property.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection laws and industry standards maintaining systems that secure sensitive information including employee and production data.
- Manage the IT support team to handle issues promptly minimizing downtime and maintaining production schedules.
- Create a knowledge base and regular training sessions for staff to improve basic troubleshooting skills and efficient use of systems.
- Lead initiatives to integrate systems automating workflows between production inventory and quality control.
- Support the introduction of new software tools to optimize the production process reduce waste and increase productivity in line with lean manufacturing principles.
- Coordinate and execute IT projects such as system upgrades expansions and the implementation of new software ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Regularly liaise with department heads to align IT initiatives with the company s operational and strategic goals.
- Stay uptodate with technology trends recommending and implementing innovations that improve productivity and quality within manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and introduce digital solutions that address specific needs or challenges.
Requirements
- A bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related discipline; an advanced degree or certifications (such as ITIL PMP or CISSP) are beneficial.
- At least 3 years of experience in IT management ideally in a manufacturing or industrial context. Demonstrated experience with ERP and production management systems specific to garment manufacturing.
- Indepth knowledge of network administration cybersecurity and systems integration.
- Strong problemsolving abilities to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions within a manufacturing environment. Proficient in project management with a solid grasp of budgeting and cost management.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with crossfunctional teams. Leadership abilities to mentor and develop the IT team ensuring alignment with the company s strategic goals.
