Job Description
Were looking for a Machine Learning Engineer with research experience to join our AI team. Youll bridge the gap between research and engineering implementing and deploying stateoftheart NLP solutions while maintaining high engineering standards.
Tasks
- Implement and adapt latest research in NLP for production use
- Develop and deploy efficient RAG systems and finetuning pipelines
- Design and conduct experiments to validate new approaches
- Build and maintain ML pipelines and data processing workflows
- Contribute to MLOps practices and infrastructure improvements
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field
- 3 years of handson ML engineering experience
- Demonstrated research experience (publications research projects or industrial research)
- Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch JAX)
- Experience with latest transformer based architectures
- Knowledge of ML deployment and MLOps tools (Docker MLflow W&B DVC)
Nice to Have:
- Computer vision experience
- ASR experience
- Reinforcement learning experience
- Experience with multimodal models
- Knowledge of distributed training systems
- Opensource contributions
- Experience in a startuplike environment
- German proficiency is a plus
