Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science information systems or related field is preferred.
- Proper knowledge on Internet Security and data privacy principles Windows Server environment and application support.
- Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A Microsoft Certified IT Professional). Minimum Experience:
- 3 years of experience in Information Technology function including but not limited to networking security and backup
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Valid driving license
- Good understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Ability to diagnose problems and to handle multiple problems simultaneously
- A positive cando attitude an inquisitive and curious mind
- A proactive logical approach to problem solving and delivering solutions
- Ability to prioritise the workload and good command in time management
- Ability to manage stress effectively in highpressure situations
