Job Description
This is an excellent Business Development Manager role with an upmarket business wellplaced to support you in building your own success within the real estate industry. Suited to an experienced BDM or Property Manager who is looking to push on or take their real estate sales career to the next level.
This is a business that holds a dominant market share consistently generating leads via brand name reputation and an awardwinning sales team. Due to their continued success theyre looking for their next awardwinning star performer to prospect and convert leads generated business wide to grow the rent role continually.
A positive and supportive working environment is critical so if youre a BDM in search of the next level this role will give you everything youve been missing.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience / real estate BDM experience
- Current Real Estate Certificate
- A background of meeting targets and KPIs
- Team player with a strong work ethic. Prepared and willing to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills over the phone and in person
- A desire to learn and improve
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Drivers license
