Responsibilities:
- Implements the sales strategy for the Government direct industrial contractor and Applicator/ fabricator segment and dealer channel in line with the organizational objectives and the business plan.
- Will be responsible for individual targets on sales of Admixture/ Floor Coating/ Waterproofing/ Grouts by handling the Key accounts of Infra contractors.
- Experience in delivering presentations to customers and supporting the BDM in getting corporate/ client approvals and for getting the product specification approvals from consultants.
- Tracks competition activities and local market trends and adopts appropriate interventions in the market to counter the same.
- Constant followup and driving the FC team and Sales Team in development of contractor base and training them in Admixture/ Floor Coating/ Waterproofing/ Grouts as and when required.
- Be responsible in resolving customer issues on project progress and handling customer complaints.

Roles and Responsibilities : Identifying and appointing dealer for deeper market penetration and reach in depth market share. Analyze and compare sales plans with the last year base and implement appropriate sales activities to achieve targeted sales. Overseeing the sale activities of products thereby achieving increased sales growth/ maximized volume and value growth in depth. Assisting the dealers in achieving the targets and providing them with training Ensuring the seeding of new product in right Channel. Ensuring the SKU range availability at key outlets Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotional programs for brand building Ensuring profitability of dealers, in alignment with organization's policies and interest Making a territory monitoring report every month including competitor's activities. Conducting the retail audit to assess market potential, estimation of sale of competitors with a view to adopt suitable strategies for sale. Solving all the issue of dealer for making smooth business relation.
Education
Age: maximum 35 years Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil /Mechanical engineering. Experience: 5+ years into Technical Services / Specification /Business Development of Protective Coating, Industrial Paints, Industrial Coating, Industrial Chemicals, MRO, Anti Corrossive, Civil Constructional and Construction Chemical and Admixtures products and services.
