Job Description

2) Job Title: Interview Moderator Har Din Job Mela

Location: Pan India (Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the flow of candidates applying for blue and grey collar jobs ensuring they are promptly redirected to the appropriate interview rooms.

Use Zoom and webbased portals to coordinate and manage candidate entries and exits from virtual interview rooms.

Ensure that candidates are correctly informed about the interview process and the steps they need to follow.

Troubleshoot basic technical issues that candidates may face while joining the virtual rooms.

Maintain accurate records of candidate movement and interview room assignments.

Key Requirements:

1 year of experience in a similar role managing candidate flow customer support or recruitment coordination.

Strong communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of an additional regional language is a plus.

Proficiency in managing Zoom calls technical web panels and other online interview tools.

Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple candidates at once.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in recruitment events or virtual job fairs.

Basic technical troubleshooting skills to handle candidate issues during the interview process.

Familiarity with the blue and grey collar job market in India.
