About the Job!
As a Logistics Administrator your primary responsibility will be to manage the scheduling of shipments based on purchase orders (POs) using thirdparty applications. You will also be responsible for purchasing and managing shipping labels updating tracking information in relevant systems and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and scheduling shipments based on POs in a thirdparty application.
- Purchasing shipping labels for all relevant POs ensuring accuracy and compliance with shipping requirements.
- Updating tracking information in all relevant systems to maintain visibility on shipments.
- Maintaining detailed records of shipments tracking information and label purchases.
- Providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders regarding shipment statuses and promptly informing the team about any delays or issues.
- Ensuring exceptional accuracy in managing order records and documentation to minimize errors.

Requirements
Requirements and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Bachelors Degree in Logistics Analytics or similar field is preferred
- Previous experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment is preferred
- Must be selfdirected with excellent time and project management skills
- Proven experience in a logistics administration role.
- Excellent organizational and recordkeeping abilities.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using thirdparty logistics applications and systems.
- Exceptional communication skills to provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and to adapt to changing priorities.

Job Requirements: Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Notes. Along with other software programs that monitor the items: posts, SKU, title, and price Must be a detail-oriented self-starter, who is able to quickly learn the basics of Ecommerce Ability to complete all assignments in an efficient and timely manner, in order to meet departmental quotas. Must be responsible, reliable, and organized. Must have excellent writing skills Ability to work independently Three years experience in Google Ads
Education
High School Diploma Bachelor Degree in Marketing or related field
