Career Snapshot: Here s What You Can Expect

Be part of our client s team as an RPA Developer where you ll design develop and support automation solutions across various departments. You ll use your technical expertise to streamline processes enhance efficiency and drive innovation playing a key role in transforming the mortgage lending experience for both teams and customers.

What You ll Be Doing: Key Responsibilities

• Support Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives across departments including the LOS system Sales HR Accounting Loan Servicing and Marketing.
  
• Design develop and test automation workflows; support the implementation and maintenance of RPA solutions and manage change control for existing workflows.
  
• Collaborate with business teams and subject matter experts to create process documentation including Design Solution Documentation and Move to Production.
  
• Assist the engagement team in implementing and testing solutions during maintenance.
  
• Construct workflow steps and document for approval by the business sponsor in a functional workflow document as needed.
  
• Maintain our enterprise UIPath installation and ensure it functions effectively.
  
• Serve as the subject matter expert on all current and future Evergreen systems for creating expanding and maintaining RPA workflows.
  
• Work outside of business hours occasionally to create test or support processes as project needs dictate.
  
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
  

Requirements

What We re Looking For: Qualifications & Skills

• Proficient in English (C1 level).
  
• Minimum of 2 years experience using UIPath software for RPA development.
  
• UIPath developer certification is highly preferred.
  
• At least 34 years of experience in programming or software development including code migration between environments and bug fixing.
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define advanced technical and functional solutions.
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical aspects to business users and relevant stakeholders.
  
• Previous exposure to and understanding of mortgage lending operations is highly desirable.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree and/or 2 years of technology experience in a mortgage lending environment.
