This is a remote position.

Our mission is to find the best cruise cabins hotel rooms and tailored tours that cater to the unique needs of families. As we continue to grow we are seeking passionate and motivated coordinators to join our team. With a high volume of travelers seeking our services we need talented individuals to help us match clients with their dream vacations. We are looking for a Family Travel Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role youll be responsible for assisting families in planning their vacations ensuring that every detail is taken care of from booking flights to arranging kidfriendly accommodation and activities. You ll use your expertise in family travel to create stressfree and enjoyable experiences for parents and children alike.
Responsibilities:
Assist families in planning and booking trips ensuring all needs are met (flights accommodation transfers car rentals and more and training is provided).
Provide personalized recommendations for familyfriendly activities and excursions.
Ensure the availability of essential travel items for children (e.g. cribs strollers high chairs) and ensure accessibility (e.g. elevators familyfriendly facilities).
Work with families to accommodate special requests such as dietary needs stroller rentals or room configurations.
Stay uptodate on the latest travel technologies and booking platforms to ensure efficiency and provide the best possible service (training provided).
Communicate effectively with clients to address questions offer advice and resolve issues during the planning process and throughout the trip.
Manage multiple bookings simultaneously while keeping everything organized and on track.
Create marketing material for social media (training provided)
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older.
Authorized to work in the U.S. Mexico the UK and Italy.
Must have access to a computer and a smartphone.
At least one year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Experience with booking travel (personal or for friends/family) is highly preferred.
Familiarity with the specific needs of traveling with children (e.g. equipment rentals childfriendly accommodations accessible facilities).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and booking systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience using travel planning tools or booking platforms.
Knowledge of familyfriendly destinations.
Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus but not required (especially Spanish Italian or other European languages).
