The Cleaner will ensure the highest standard of cleanliness across dining room office and the founders residence.

In the second month you will add the following:

In the third month you will also do the following:
- Fumigation preparations and clean up
- Food production planning shopping list
- Table set up and reset
Job Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all areas: Ensure cleanliness of the dining rooms restrooms office spaces and common areas.
- Residence maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the founders residence ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment.
- Routine inspections: Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
- Laundry and linen care: Launder and care for linens uniforms and other washable items as needed.
- Manage cleaning supplies: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies restocking as needed to avoid stockouts.
- Health and safety compliance: Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for all staff and guests.
- Event support: Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces front of house support and ensuring readiness and cleanliness.
- Support kitchen operations: Provide additional assistance to kitchen and dining operations as needed including light food preparation organizing storage areas and managing food inventory.
Required Qualifications:
- SHS certificate or equivalent
- Possess reading and writing skills
- Proven experience in similar role
- Able to use a variety of cleaning products and equipment
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision
- Be able to communicate and understand the predominant languages of Midunu English (ability to communicate in Twi and other local languages a plus).
- Be able to reach bend stoop and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers and kitchen personnel
- Driven and hardworking
- Ability to take direction and multitask
- Must be comfortable following detailed SOPs managing inventory and using checklist
- Must be detailoriented
- Must have or be cleared for food handler s certificate
- Ability to to repetitive tasks quickly and accurately
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time (8 hrs)
Desired Knowledge and Skills:
- Previous safe food handling training is a plus.
- An interest in building a career with Midunu is a plus.

The Cleaner is required to wear appropriate gear such as nonslip kitchen shoes sleeved
shirts pants and head coverings. Masks and aprons will be provided. The Cleaner is
required to exercise good hygiene and pass a food safety medical screening. Fingernails
must be kept clean and short enough not to break nitrile gloves. Frequent hand washing
and glove changing is critical for the health and safety of the team and our customers.

Pay:
- GHS Based on experience
- All statutory payments to GRA and SSNIT will be applied
